Hematological factors are important source, characterizing health, physiological condition, level of metabolic processes and productivity of the animals.

Factors of the total protein, amount of leukocytes, erythrocytes, hemoglobin, sedimentation rate of the erythrocytes in the blood of the valuated rams in the conditions of the farm “Asan” Kyzylordinski region are presented in table 1.

Usually sheep have general protein load -7,2 - 8,6% volume of the plasma. Plasma proteins fulfill multiform functions, for instance they are a reserve for building tissue protein, fulfill the function of the transmitter of the biologically active things such as hormone, vitamin, pigment, microelements and many other functions.

In blood plasma of the experimental ram, the contents of the total protein is below norm. This is probably connected with increasing of the protein consumption for spermateliosis at the period of the artificial insemination, insufficient preparation and inadequate nursing of the ram-producers in this period.

Leukocytes take part in the defensive reaction of the organism. The average factors of the leukocyte in ram’s blood is 6-11, 0 thous./ml. Basically, experimental ram’s leukocytes are fine. The most part of the formed elements of blood is red blood bodies - erythrocytes. The main function of erythrocytes is to transfer breathing gas. Usually sheep should have 7-12,0 mln/ml.

Experimental ram’s erythrocytes are fine. About 34% of the total and 90% of the dry mass of erythrocytes

are for respiratory pigment- hemoglobin.

This material is capable to fix and capture the acid, and turn into oxidized and rehabilitated hemoglobin. The average contents of hemoglobin in sheep’s blood is fine: 9-13,3 g/100 ml.

In the blood of the experimental rams, there is hemoglobin of highest index with more intensive metabolism of the ram-producers at the period of the artificial insemination.

Spissitude of the erythrocytes is higher than plasma’s spissitude - 1,095 and 1.030 accordingly, that is why after blood’s sedimentation in the test tube, prevented from hemopexis, erythrocytes slowly sedimentate on the bottom.

In the given period of the ram-producers’ coitus, sedimentation rate of erythrocytes is 0, 81 mm for the first hour.

Summarizing the hematological research of the experimental ram-producers, we can mention that they are healthy, and have intensive metabolism. However, nutritive matter of the food does not fully compensate the expense of the protein in the period of the intensive spermatogenesis.
