Organizational models perfection of
physical education
Analysis of scientyfically-methodical literature
testifies that table of contents
questions, organizations of physical education, sporting-sanitary activity and
their professional orientation in institutes of higher trained insufficiently.
An organization system prevailing on today physical education in institutes can
not effectively provide a level rise of physical preparedness, health,
students motivation to employments by physical exercises sport, to
form professionally important psychic and physiologocal qualities. Numerous researches revealed an essential
university entrants health state worsening and students. Increases amount of
students, which flare up in special
medical groups establishes low of impellent activity, physical preparedness,
personal interest by physical education. In majority of students not is formed
need to systematic employments by
physical exercises and sport.
Today it is impossible to consider perfection of
physical qualities as narrow utilitarian individual activity rise aim – future professional activity. This
only one of education aims, level method rise
of its personal culture. Socially
conditioned man health perfection necessity is transformed in cultural need, into young people
aspiration of physically self-perfection.
Study of motivation factors influencing on
physical students activity and attitude to process of physical education allows to affirm
that from course to course falls down interest to employments from
physical education. Interest to employments by physical education as sparring so
and out of educational by forms one can be raised, if in
methods quality to use that types of cargo impellent, which participate in greater popularity among given students contingent.
Researches of physical students preparedness give the
grounds to affirm, that elementary level of physical students preparedness on I course insufficient and values as «low» or
«beneath middle». State of physical students preparedness during teaching on II courses increases, and on
III– ІV becomes worse. Level of physical youths preparedness on ІV course does
not differ from level and course, girls on ІV course worse from fixed in the end of course (amount of students with high level of physical
preparedness on ІV course considerably falls down).
Research of indexes of physical health and functional
state of students organism in teaching
process witnessed, that level of somatic girls health of all courses values as «low», and youths – as
«lower for middle». Research of development indexes of physiologocal qualities
and psychic states, important for professional activity (such as flexibility of
officient thinking, ability to long term
attention concentration etc.), showed,
that concentration indexes change and
attention steadiness in act of teaching
has a negative tendency among youths
and so among girls.
Aforesaid facts bear witness to low effectiveness of system operating in
institute of higher of professionally-applied physical preparation.
Indexes of physical preparedness and functional state
of students organism in teaching process
on ІІІ and IV courses have a regressive tendency can be accounted for lack of employments from physical education, tensity
of sparring process and influence of other factors.
Developed models of physical students education based on aims differentiation and tasks,
rational selection of physical exercises and sport appearances, allow considerably to raise its effectiveness.
Principled models regulations
of physical institutes of higher students education are:
- organization of physical education in conditions of hard regulation (and
course) and partial regulation (II course and elder);
- interconditionality and interaction
valued-competent, appearances distinguishing,
transformation in communication of
sporting-public activity (on first
stage transformation distinguishing
appearances prevail, on second valued-competent);
- domination
on first stage of subject-objective attitudes attached to pedagogic interaction
on axis «teacher-student», on second stage – «subject-subject»;
- conordance on first stage of table of contents of educational employments
from physical education and employments
in sport;
- inculcation of forming model into students need to
attend to physical exercises, which provides realization in act of teaching cognitive
and motivation components;
- process individualization table of contents differentiation, forms and methods of pedagogic
influence.
Researches suggestions on models change of physical education audited in
experiment with apportionment of control and experimental groups of students.
In accordance to definite employments
effectiveness criterions from physical education in experimental and control groups evidently, that:
- level of physical health in experimental girls groups rose to «higher middle» and «high» level on a par on 30%, in control group
– on 7%; in experimental youths groups
on a par on 25%, in control group – on 16%. Like so, «a safe» level of physical
health have about 40% students of experimental groups and 20% control groups;
- physical preparedness rose to having a special
purpose level («higher middle» and «high») on 30% into girls and youths of
experimental groups and on 10% into students of control groups. All in all
amount of students of experimental groups having «a proper» level of physical
preparedness is on a par 50%, and control groups – 30%.
Perspective of further researches can be
determination of valued students reference-points with respect to movement of healthy mode of life and supporting its physical longest
standard.
