ELECTRONIC EDUCATION - EDUCATION INTEGRAL PART OF
MODERN
Abstract
In this
paper we study the general provisions of the introduction of electronic and
distance learning in college.

I. Introduction
In
world practice, e-learning has become an integral part of modern education. In
RK progressive development and modernization of education is possible through
the understanding of the need and importance of human capital development and
comprehensive support for initiating and implementing reforms in education. The
rapidity of the modern world requires the use of the fastest and cheapest ways
to processes of generation and transmission of knowledge. E-learning is one
possible tool, which allows to solve the pressing problem of our time.
II. Statement of the Problem
The purpose of e-learning:
-Ensure equal access for all
participants in the educational process to learning resources and technology
development of quality educational services.
To achieve this goal it is necessary to
solve the following tasks:
Development of software-regulatory
system of e-learning
-The development of
technological infrastructure of educational organization.
-The development of information
and communication technologies in educational process
And organizational support and
training of users of e-learning.
III.
Results
Today's students are mostly network
generation, for whom an electronic way of getting information is a normal part
of life.
High technology in education is welcomed
by students. When implementing a system of EE students develop skills such as:
- Ability to work independently
with electronic materials, using
- Personal computer, mobile
phone, etc.
- The formation and improvement
of the information culture among all participants in the educational process,
improving the efficiency of its ordinary activities
The e-learning includes
opportunities for distance learning using active network technology, through a
local network and the global Internet.
Enhancing e-learning at our college has
allowed to evaluate its positive side:
-Convenient time and place for
learning;
- Regular contact with the
teacher;
- Individual training schedule;
-Save time and money.
One form of learning in the electronic
system is - the system of distance learning. Through the creation of mobile
information educational environment, based on modern information and
telecommunications technologies and to reduce unit costs per student, compared
to traditional systems of education, SDE enables a new level of access to
education while maintaining its quality.
UP has the advantages:
• Manufacturability
- training using modern software and hardware makes e-learning more effective.
New technologies allow visual information to make a bright and dynamic, to
build the process of education using the active interaction with the student's
learning system.
• The development
of Internet networks, high-speed Internet access, the use of multimedia
technologies, audio, video, distance learning courses makes full and
interesting.
• Accessibility and
openness to learning - the ability to learn is removed from the place of
training without leaving your home or office. This allows the specialist to
learn a modern almost all my life, without any special trips, vacations,
combining with the main activity. At the same time focusing on training in the
evening and on weekends.
• Generally cheaper
than conventional distance education courses, primarily by reducing the costs
of travel, accommodation in another town, reducing the costs of organizing
themselves courses (no need to pay for a room for classes, fewer staff, the
cost of teachers can be reduced and t . etc.).
• Freedom and flexibility,
access to quality education - there are new possibilities for the choice of
course. It's easy to choose some courses from different universities from
different countries. You can learn at the same time in different locations,
comparing the rates between them. There are training opportunities in the best
schools, the most effective technologies, the most qualified teachers.
• Training at any
time, anywhere, not only allows students to remain in their familiar
surroundings and maintain the rhythm of life, but also to develop an individual
training schedule.
• A person can
learn to remotely incognito, for various reasons (age, position, position,
shyness, etc.).
• Ability to
learning disabilities and people with various disabilities.
• When using a distance
learning school receives a greater number of foreign students, universities are
able to increase the number of students by bringing remote participants from
other countries and cities.
• Individuality of
distance learning systems. UP is more individualized instruction, more
flexible, learner himself determines the rate of learning, may return several
times to the individual lessons can skip some sections, etc. Students learn the
material in the process of learning all the time, not only during the session,
which ensures a more profound knowledge of the residual. This system of
education makes the student to study independently and get them the skills of
self-education.
• DO provide
learning opportunities for more people, increasing interest in learning,
increasing the productivity of learning can study when it is necessary,
attracts people from different age groups.
• DO make learning
more creative and individual, opens up new opportunities for creative
self-learner.
• Implementation of
UP students reduce anxiety when taking tests or exams.
• DO
individualized, adapting to the style of each student and teacher, providing
tools for self-configuration up to.
• Development of DO
requires the use of new tools and teaching methods for constructing new models of
learning.
• It opens up new
possibilities in learning to use search engines. Modern search engines
accumulates billions of documents, this is a huge database of information and
our task is to use them in the learning process.
At the same time,
the UP has its drawbacks:
• Lack of full-time
direct communication between learners and teachers. And when you have someone
who could paint the emotional knowledge, this is a significant disadvantage for
the learning process.
• The need for a
personal computer and Internet access.
• High requirements
for setting objectives for training, administration process, the complexity of
motivating students.
• One of the key
issues of e-learning is the problem of user authentication for verifying
knowledge. Most of the remote program involves full-time exams. Part of the
problem is solved with the installation of cameras on the side of the training
and related software training.
• The need for a
number of individual psychological conditions. For distance learning requires
tough self-discipline, and its result depends on the independence and
consciousness of the student.
• Generally,
students feel a lack of practical training. There is no constant monitoring of
the trainees, who for the Russian people is a powerful motivating incentive.
• The high cost of
building a system of distance learning at an early stage of creating the
system, high costs of establishing a system of distance learning, distance
learning courses themselves and the purchase of technical equipment.
In practice, his
teaching and as a leader of electronic and information in college I consider
the pros and cons of both LMS and e-learning systems in general.
IV.
Findings
The effectiveness of the introduction
of e-learning in education college is reflected in the following achievements
of students and teachers.
- MAN;
- Professional contests;
- Increase ICT competence of
teachers;
- Educational grants, etc.
As an integral part of modern
education, e-learning system is attractive because it allows you to build a new
model of learning based on regional, social, local conditions of the
institution.
