OF PSYCHOTYPE CHILDREN WITH FUNCTIONAL AND CHRONIC PATHOLOGY GASTRODUODENAL
ZONE
Psycho-emotional factor plays an
important role in the pathogenesis of chronic and functional pathology
gastroduodenal zone in children.
The aim of the work was to study the type
of reaction of the child to the disease to improve quality of care.
We conducted a survey of 121
children which were hospitalized in the 2nd Children's Clinical
Hospital Simferopol in 2012-2013 with chronic gastroduodenitis (CGD) in the
acute exacerbation stage (89 children), gastric and duodenal ulcer in one,
uncomplicated (32 children) As a control, a similar survey was conducted in
children with functional helicobacter pylori - associated (HP) disorders (19
children).
Method: For the survey used personality
questionnaire of Bekhterevsky Institute (LOBBY), which is designed to diagnose
personality types of attitudes toward the disease and other related personal
relationships in patients with chronic somatic diseases.
Results: The analysis of our data
revealed psychotype as follows: children with CGD dominated the sensitive - 14%
(17 children), anozognostic - 14% (17 children) and euphoric - 12.4% (15
children). At patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer - mixed - 38% (46
children), neurasthenic - 10.7% (13 children), paranoid - 8.3% (10 children). Among
the respondents, patients with functional (HP) dyspepsia is dominated by the
sensitive psycho - 42.1% (8 children), anozognostic - 31.6% (6 children),
neurasthenic - 26.3% (5 children).
After treatment with repeated survey, 52%
of children with CGD were revealed to be harmonious psycho, 13% - anozognostic,
the remaining 35% psycho remained unchanged. In children with gastric and
duodenal ulcer, revealed 46% with a harmonious psycho and 8% anozognostic; 46%
psychotype changes were observed.
Conclusions:
1. Internal picture of CGD has enough characteristics with
predominance a sensitive, euphoric and anozognostic psychotype; in children
with gastric and duodenal ulcer, revealed the predominance of mixed, neurotic
and paranoid psycho .
2. After treatment revealed a harmonious and anozognostic psychotype
children with chronic gastroduodenal pathology which indicates an improvement
of mental and emotional condition of the child .
3. Children who after treatment showed no changes in psychotypes
were recommended to continue to use methods of psychological correction.
