DEVELOPMENT AND BECOMING OF UKRAINIAN LEGAL CONSCIOUSNESS AND CULTURES ARE IN HISTORICAL GENESIS OF HER ARTEFACTS AND АRCHETYPES

In our context, after the conducted researches [1] for the periods of development characteristic in a greater degree material, judicially-material artefacts, and by a less measure are material archetypes, for the periods of becoming - in a greater degree spiritual, judicially-spiritual archetypes, by a less measure are spiritual artefacts. In this aspect - historical artefacts and archetypes are such artefacts and archetypes, which purchased, as a rule, a wide or narrow world value, but could be legitimately truly not appraised by former substantial subjects, objects and objects of legal consciousness in former corresponding historical contemporaneity.
