Training - an interactive method of
teaching management personnel
In foreign
countries since the 90s of XX century, the preferred method in the system of
leadership training is interactive methods, where the main emphasis on
practical practicing the acquired knowledge and skills. Flow of information,
increasingly now requires the introduction of teaching methods that allow for a
fairly short time to transfer a large amount of knowledge to ensure a high
level of mastery students the material under study, and consolidate it into
practice. It should be noted that the problem of training qualified workers
based on interactive teaching methods in Ukraine has not been sufficiently
investigated, so there is a need for a more detailed investigation of this
matter.
In the training
study focuses on the practical aspect, when the modeling process specifically
defined situations students have the opportunity to develop and consolidate the
necessary knowledge and skills to change their attitude to their own experience
and applied approaches.
Currently in
Ukraine and abroad in educational institutions widely spread training
leadership skills of managers in which they learn various aspects of management
such as, motivation of subordinates, making decisions based on the DSS, the
organization of work in teams and so on. As a result of such training education
managers not only analyze the process of management, but also acquire knowledge
and algorithms for solving administrative problems, work on developing their
leadership potential [2].
It should be
noted that the concept of "training" is interpreted in the literature
in different ways [3]. Feature and practical value of their professional
training spryamovanisyu justified, as their principal characteristic is
primarily in the transfer and assimilation of new knowledge and skills
professionally oriented, originating koucher, business partners and training situation.
According to
scientists [1-3], training - a planned process of modification of attitude,
knowledge or behavioral skills of the listener through the acquisition of
educational experience to achieve effective performance in one type of activity
or in a particular industry. The advantage of this form of education as a
factor in training are:
1. Effective
instructional techniques of motivation;
2. Interactive
presentation of information;
3. Game fixing
skills.
From other
studies of different training:
1. frontier
purposes;
2. behavioral
orientation;
3. applied
nature.
In the working
situation that is characteristic of industrial enterprises, training aimed at
developing employee skills and meet current and future business needs. Training
objectives are formulated based on the needs and aspirations of future
specialist, indicative of qualifications of its samodoviry, flexibility and
basic skills. In addition, the training has social and organizational values,
it can satisfy personal needs and personality. Often staff feel the attention
to themselves during training puts more enthusiasm in their studies. The
problem is that employees are often unaware of their own needs. Therefore,
assistance in identifying trends and training purposes is one of the goals of
training.
Given the
personal needs of employees and the specific manufacturing process on an
industrial enterprise is planning training and human resource development,
using elements of a systematic approach that includes:
1. Determination
of the ultimate goals of training with the goals of industrial enterprise.
2. Quality
analysis and training needs of employees.
3. Drawing up a
training plan for training, which should eliminate the differences between
goals and existing enterprise knowledge and skills of workers.
4. Defining
methods of training.
5. Monitoring the
training process.
6. Manage the
training according to monitoring results.
Training forms of
work can be based on the use or one main method - a situation or more different
- a mini-lecture, discussion, case method, management game. The choice of
methods depends on the complexity of training tasks and duration of employment
(from several hours to several days).
Therefore,
training is a lever that helps employees improve skills and develop professional
skills. The system allows to minimize the training of future errors, as it
allows to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of various options of
behavior in terms of training. The main advantage of training as a factor in
training personnel in the industry is that the trainees are working not only
with theoretical models, and with the concentrated expertise and acquire during
the training of specific skills needed to prevent and resolve conflict
situations, as in the manufacturing process, so and in the mid team.
