The theoretical basis of the agricultural business

Agricultural production as a kind of business will continue to marked instability and high risk, does not guarantee sufficient revenues for expanded reproduction. These problems are closely related to the need for effective and efficient organizational and economic mechanism of development of agribusiness and ensure food security. The formation and improvement of organizational and economic mechanism Agribusiness Development should be based on revealing the essence of the term "agribusiness".

Agribusiness - a special sub-economic relations prevailing in the agricultural sector of developed countries as a result of merging the Agricultural, industrial and commercial capital in the process of deepening integration relations between agriculture and industry (vertical integration).

In the transition to market relations agribusiness is important for the structural transformation of the regional economy, development of domestic competition, increase rural employment. In the modern business environment and business formation are the main driving force for agricultural production. From their entrepreneurial activities and initiatives largely depend on overcoming the agrarian crisis and the dynamic development of agriculture of Ukraine. The entrepreneurial function at the micro level is being implemented in various forms of organizational activity.
