THE REVERSE-TRANSLATIONAL
TRANSFERENCE
The
utility model concerns to biotechnology and can be used for the cultivation of
cells in liquid mediums at manufacturing of vaccines and biologically-active
substances.
The
known device for the cultivation (AC) of cells which contains the cylindrical
case with technological branch pipes, a hollow shaft with regulated on
frequency of the reference an occasion, the mixer fixed on a shaft in a shape
of the four-bar articulate mechanism with shovels, the filter and the aerator
(À.c. The USSR ¹ 1633814, Ñ12 M3/00, 1995).
The
lacks of this device are caused by complexity of a design owing to presence in
it of the regulated occasion and quite difficult form of a mixer, passive
mixing of a working liquid on its height, pollution of a working liquid by
products of a pulling down which result from a mechanical friction in the
articulate mechanism and damage of cells.
There
is also known design of the device which contains the cylindrical case with the
technological branch pipes, a shaft with the external carving placed along an
axis of the case, the mixer in the form of located under a right angle to an
axis of the case of a round plate (disk) with the guide screwed on a shaft
carving, an aerator, and also a reversible drive (for example, the patent of
Ukraine for useful model ¹ 12121, Ñ12 M3/00, 2006).
This
device is the closest to the utility model for a technical essence and
achievable effect and accepted as the nearest analogue.
Known
AC has more simple design from previous and provides active mixing of a working
liquid in all its volume, but it does not discharge pollution of a working
liquid by pulling down products as contains zones of a mechanical friction on
surfaces of the mixer, and damage of cells which serves as the basic lack and
reduces quality of a finished product.
The
basis of useful model is a task of improvement of the device by withdrawal of a
mechanical friction in volume of a working liquid. It allows to liquidate to a
certain measure of pollution of a working liquid by pulling down products (at
preservation of active mixing of a liquid and simplicity of a design), and also
damage of cells which are given by possibility to raise quality of a finished
product.
The
given task is solving by that in AC which contains the cylindrical vertical
case with the technological branch pipes, a shaft placed along a axis of the
case, the mixer in the form of a plate attached to a shaft, an aerator and the
reversible drive, according to the utility model the new is that the plate settles
down along a axis of the case and is radially fixed on one of the shaft
parties, and the case is equipped by a vertical partition which blocks a
backlash between surfaces of the walls of the case and the shaft.
The
specified distinctive signs, in comparison with the nearest analogue, discharge
a mechanical friction in volume of a working liquid, and its consequences -
pollution of a working liquid and damage of cells which are improved
accordingly by quality of a finished product.
In the
most conductive performance variant of the offered AC, at least nearby to a
wall of the case the partition part can be executed punched, that takes up to
occurrence of stagnant zones and intensifies mixing, and the plate and a
partition are located thus which block technological level of a working liquid
- owing to what is provided defoaming, and so and the acceleration of the
cultivation process.
The
essence of the utility model explains by drawings where it is schematically
represented: on Fig. 1, a – longitudinal section of the AC, on Fig. 1, b – section À-À on Fig. 1, a.
AC
contains the cylindrical case 1 with a branch pipe 2 for introduction of a
nutritious liquid and a sowing material, a branch pipe 3 with an aerator 4, a
branch pipe 5 for removal of the cultural liquid, and a branch pipe 6 for
removal of the fulfilled gas. Along the axis of the case 1 the shaft 9 is
located, attached to a motor-reducer 7 with command-reversible device 8, to
which the mixer 10 is motionlessly attached. The mixer 10 is executed in the
form of a plate 11 with "a"
width and length «l» which is located along an axis of the case 1 and it
is radially placed on one of the parties of a shaft 9 and makes with a wall of
the case a backlash «b» for blocking of a working liquid. The case 1 is equipped
by the vertical partition attached to its wall 12. The partition 2, except
continuous, can be executed punched, at least in its pressed parts 13 and
together with a plate 11 technological level blocks 14 working liquids 15 on
size «Í» for maintenance of the defoaming.
The AC
works in the following way.
In preliminary
sterilized AC in the case 1 through a branch pipe 2 enter a nutritious liquid
and a sowing material (the subculture) then in a separator 4 inject the gas for
aeration of the cultural medium and include the command device which signal
puts in action the motor-reducer 7 and a shaft 9, which confine with a corner
«α» gives an reverse-forward movement to the plate 11. Moving in the
circular direction, for example, clockwise 16(Fig. 1, b), the plate makes a pressure “P” on the working liquid 15, which
is contained between it and the partition 12, due to what its flow through the
gap “b” and the active mixing is occurring.
AC,
unlike a prototype, in the volume of a working liquid of the offered DC there
are no elements (details) with a mechanical friction its pollution by products
of a pulling down and damage of cells by a friction is eliminated owing to what
quality of a finished product increases.
The offered
design is simple in realization and, except the improvement of a quality,
reduces power inputs by mixing owing to elimination of a mechanical friction in
volume of a working liquid.
