The value of factor the «drilling» for providing of
levels
speeds of driving of mine barrels
Development of mining industry requires
the leadthrough of reconstruction of operating mines. In this connection there
is of interest research of the operating productivity of facilities of the
boring drilling, providing maintenance of certain levels of speed of driving of
barrels in combination with the applied equipment for loading of breed and
fastening of making in the breeds of different fortress.
At the fixed time of cycle and driving of
barrel by the diameter of D = 8 m
is in driving, fastened by a concrete, in breeds with the coefficient of
fortress on the scale of professor M.M. Protod'yakonov of f = 12 in the case of observance of the productivity of facilities
of loading of Ð = 2 m3/hour
(from a calculation in an array) breeds and fastenings K = 1,5 m3/hour of
the put concrete (variant of terms of à1, table. 1) at speed of driving of
table of v = 10 m/month there will be the enough productivity of
facilities of the boring drilling - B = 15,15 m/hour.

Other things being equal, but sharp
increase of the productivity of facilities of loading to Ð = 10 m3/hour in
an array, that presents complication already, a situation suffers the
followings changes (variants à2, table. 1): at v = 10 m/month it is necessary B = 3,51 m/hour.
The use in this variant of terms of high
yield of facilities of loading, even in combination with the low productivity
of fastening, allows to provide maintenance of speed of driving of barrel in a
few more wide range of values.
The results of calculations show that the
defined values of speed of driving of barrel can be provided with combination
different (especially at the not too high values of v) on a size B, Ð, K: so, for example, speed of driving of 20 m/month can be supported:
- at B
= 13,25 m/hour, Ð = 10 m3/hour and K = 1,5 m3/hour (middle productivity of the boring drilling,
high enough loadings and low fastenings);
- at B
= 9,73 m/hour, Ð = 20 m3/hour and K = 1,5 m3/hour (low productivity of the boring drilling,
ever-higher loadings and low fastenings);
- at B
= 7,03 m/hour, Ð = 20 m3/hour and K = 3 m3/hour
(low productivity of the boring drilling, ever-higher loadings and middle
fastenings);
- at B
= 7,65 m/hour, Ð = 10 m3/hour and K = 5 m3/hour (low productivity of the boring drilling, high
enough loadings and high fastenings);
- at B
= 6,32 m/hour, Ð = 20 m3/hour and K = 5 m3/hour (low productivity of the boring drilling,
ever-higher loadings and high fastenings).
Thus, within the framework of considered
by us the fixed terms there are 6 alternative possibilities of providing of
speed of driving of barrel of 20 m/month at f = 12. At planning or direct conduct of
works can be given preference to combination of B, P and K, which in a greater measure corresponds to the
concrete terms (presence and technical descriptions of equipment, his good
condition, preparedness of workers etc.).
Results of
calculations at f = 18 (table. 2, variants b1-b9) testify to the similar tendencies of change to
the productivity of facilities of the boring drilling, but in this case for
achievement of analogical speeds of driving of barrel more high values B will be needed.

Thus, analysis of change to the operating
productivity of facilities of the boring drilling of øïóðîâ, to providing
maintenance of certain levels of speed of driving of barrels, executed for the
wide range of terms, rotined the following:
- the productivity of facilities of the
boring drilling exponentially increases
with the increase of level of speed of driving of making;
- the certain level of driving speed can
be attained by different combination of the productivity of facilities of the
boring drilling, loadings and fastenings, here, to the certain limit, there is
a great number of variants of providing of one or another speed;
- joint influence of the productivity of
facilities of loading and fastening is able to provide maintenance of this
speed of leadthrough of making at more low (in a number of cases to 15 times)
values of the productivity of the boring drilling;
- at growth of coefficient of fortress of
breeds for providing of this speed of driving it is necessary to increase the
productivity of facilities of the boring drilling.
