The
importance of teacher’s self-professional development
Any society, any country which
worries about future should put the state of each teacher to the basic place in agenda. Each teacher must be
a high-qualified specialist on his or her sphere. Nowadays to be a qualified
teacher it means that this teacher is demanded to start his\her work always in
new way and it has been clearly understood to each parent and teacher. Despite
the pedagogical skill, pedagogical experience, position, desire one must “put learning into effect”.
The basic peculiarity of teacher’s work is that it
demands a high speed in working process, complexity, versatility and
qualitative, scientific and professional knowledge, efficiency,practice.
If a teacher doesn’t always work on himself\herself he will
forget already obtained theoretical
knowledge,then
he or she couldn’t open the meaning of objective content of pedagogical
truthfulness,phenomenon
and facts.
A person can’t
“live», work by himself, he must ,first
of all, achieve the definite role in his work and profession. If the chosen
profession corresponds to individual
peculiarities, if the professional formation of individual corresponds to his
valuable understanding then one can expect a good relation in future to
professional activity. In other words,in this case an individual and
professional development will be combined. The sense of life is to choose a
profession and to obtain an action correctly
As A.À.Aret assumes, in self-development of individual it is
used three types of means, they are: self-confidence, self-administration,
self-supervision.With
the help of self-confidence individual understands what qualities to improve and in what ways they are
improved by.Self-administration
prevents unnecessary qualities ,causes its disappearance.
So the concept of
self-development is individual’s self-comparison with others and this way,to
estimate oneself truly.In this case, ‘other one’ should be in social interrelation with an individual.
And it’s also necessary to have causes and aims ,methods in order to realize
this activity. At the beginning of activity a person possesses emotions and
will ,and other qualities and that’s why individual should think over
attentively. Briefly, system of all psychological processes develop during the
activity and appear at this time. The
knowledge that offers this point of view can show that individual perceives
himself and others adequately. In this process two persons participate ,during
it with the purpose of developing a relation one of them considering the
necessity of the second one should pay attention to that how he understands it
himself. To analyze oneself with the
help of feeling others consists of identification and reflexion in psychology.Өç³ңä³

Self-administration
is the main function of self-upbringing ,because during self-upbringing person
learns to direct himself and in its turn self-upbringing appears on the basis
of person’s interrelation with an environment. Conscious self-development is
realized when an individual awares that
he feels what he has already seen and learnt. The more an individual estimates
his activity paying attention to emotions and feelings ,the more his inner
state of soul becomes understood and also if his partners support him then he
acknowledges himself as individual, as a figure completely. In this case, this
work which demands cultural wealth from any individual causes the appearance of
personal inner experiment reflexively. Thus, this work includes
self-acknowledgment reflexively, self-control, to limit one’s authority, to
order one’s activity. Person’s spiritual make-up improves self-development,
this way it will be changed to individual’s spiritual improvement.
One component
of self-professional development is teacher’s self-education.It’s impossible to
achieve teacher’s individual and professional development without the idea
of self-education. From socialists’ point of view the development of society
prospectively is the transformation of activity in self-activity, the
development in self-development, the education in self-education.
Basic types of adults’ self-education are the following:

To get an education in
formal way(common education, average professional, higher education,
professional education after getting higher education, to raise qualification
and to get an education in the courses of preparation professionally.)
·
To
get an education in an informal way(in rooms, through the distant education, in
private courses in order to renew one’s education on the sphere of professional
orientation or common culture, which don’t give any certification or diploma.)
·
To
get an informational education it’s an education which is not directed. It
happens in everyday life, in everyday relation.
Teacher’s
self-education will be fruitful,if:

Teacher’s self-development is improved
during self-education
·
Teacher possesses
self-cognition and self-analyze during pedagogical experiment.
To possess the skills of
working individually begins when someone puts in agenda which is pedagogically
and hygienically based.One should planeducational and non-educational
activities due to self-education.The main way to teacher’s self-professional
development is a creative search in pedagogical organization,to participate in
an up-to-date projects with the purpose of developing educational buildings, and
to participate in author’s courses.
Self-development
brings two pedagogical conclusions. On the one hand, it causes changes in
professional increase and personal development. On the other hand, helps to
possess the abilities which causes self-development. It is seen in the
following9:

To be oriented to the purpose:a person sets professional purposes and
self-development functions;
·
Planning:it chooses self-development-s method and means, ways and activity;
·
Self-control:considering the definite activities realizes the beginning of
self-development and conclusion;
·
Correction:as the result of working on oneself it includes necessary corrections.
To possess these
activities demands definite actions and time. That’s why searchers divide the
stages of self professional development.
At the
beginning of self-professional development it’s impossible to open the meaning
of content completely, if aims and objects are undefined. Self-professional
development is defined when someone has desire to be on the top. Methods and
skills of self upbringing are not possessed. Self-upbringing is conducted as
studying procedure, it needs surrounding’s effect on itself.
On the second
stage
of self-development an orientation to
the purpose becomes definite. Aims and objects are put in the basic place. Most
of self-development procedures depend on surrounding cases. Sometimes the
measure of realizing self-development becomes less and less.
On the third stage of self development
a teacher sets definite aims and objects. That’s why self development rises
from personal qualities till individual’s professional important system.
Planning of working on oneself, to choose means which affect on oneself happen
easily. Basic influences on self-development- it’s an orientation to the
purpose, planning, self-control, self-correction are realized
automatically.
In
conception of pedagogical educationof Kazakhstan Republic it was raised a
question about teachers who are spiritually developped,possess professional
habits,pedagogical talent,who try to achieve novelties,who can develop
personality and rise further.As we see in everyday life modern teachers must be
active ,high qualified,well-prepared on humanitarian sphere,also they must
understand their surrounding ,environment. Each teacher should offer students
to get proper qualitative education with the help of technological subjects.
The teacher’s creative personality, first of all, demands his
self-demonstration belongs to those who have self-consciousness. The masters of
pedagogical work assume that the more
teacher becomes personal, the more he has spiritual culture, the more he
accepts environment on time, appreciates it, due to it he can affect on
children’s personality
