In the Republic of
Kazakhstan the livestock of agricultural animals and carnivores increases every
day. According Statistical Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for the 2005, a
livestock of horses in our country is more than 1 163 000 goals of horses, 147
000 - camels, over 6 000 000 large horned livestock, and counts 10 000 000
sheep and goats.
The distribution of
dermatomycosis infections are observed by increasing livestock of agricultural animals
and carnivores which cut off value and qualities of receiving production of
milk, koumiss, shubat, meat, kazy, and also tanning raw material. Therefore,
first of all it is necessary to provide preventive actions (vaccination)
against trichophytosis and microsporia, and sick animals must be treated
according to the instruction, so that they are injected by double or triple
(depends on contamination) doze with an interval of 14 days.
Dermatophitous which
belongs to Trichophyton and Microsporum genus is very dangerous fungoid
diseases of I and IV group of pathogenicity and its popular among agricultural animals
and carnivores. The infected animals are found micro distributors of disease among
domestic and wild animals.
Nowadays the lack off
expert mycologists who might diagnose specified infections in advance is
observed by increasing small and large, private and also farmer facilities;
providing preventive medical actions against dermatomycosis (trichophytosis and
microsporia) among agricultural animals and carnivores on time.
There was not any domestic
vaccine against dermatomycosical infections in Republic of Kazakhstan recently.
Nowadays in «The Research Veterinary Institute» JSC «AgroInnovatsiya» (the laboratory
studying illnesses of horses and camels) by scientific experts the mînî, three and five-valent (alive and inactive), bivalent inactive vaccines
against dermatomycosis of agricultural animals and carnivores are developed.
All the innovated vaccines have been tested on animal laboratory (rabbits and
porpoises) and have shown high immunogenetic qualities.
The factory testing of
the vaccine also has shown high immunogenetic results, and all the injections
into sick animals two or three times (depend on contamination) with an interval
of 14 days by the double preventive doze were helpful. The sick animals got
better in a month after last vaccination without any clinical signs of illness.
The production of the
vaccine against dermatomycosis of agricultural animals and carnivores, and
also for manufacturing diagnostic preparations the following vaccinal chtammes have been used: F-0318 KazNIVI ¹ 2, Trichophyton
sarkisovii F-0319 KazNIVI ¹ 3, Trichophyton verrucosum F-0320 KazNIVI ¹ 4,
Trichophyton verrucosum variantis autotrophycum F-0321 KazNIVI ¹ 5, Trichophyton
verrucosum F-0322 KazNIVI ¹ 6.
The following vaccines against
dermatomycosis of agricultural animals and carnivores have been made using chtammes
stated above:
"The Bivalent
inactive vaccine against dermatomycosis dogs, cats, fur animals and
rabbits"; "The Five-valent vaccine (alive and inactive) against dermatomycosis
of agricultural animals"; "The Vaccine against trichophytosis of dogs,
cats, fur animals and rabbits"; "The Inactivated Vaccine against
microsporia of dogs, cats, fur animals and rabbits"; "The Vaccine
against Trichopytosis of camels"; "The Vaccine against Trichophytosis of large horned livestock";
"The Vaccine against trichophytosis of sheep and goats "; "The Vaccine against Trichophytosis
of Horses".
Vaccinal chtammes against
dermatomycosis of agricultural animals and
carnivores are deposited in "Veterinary Scientific Research
Institute" JSC "KazÀgroInnovation" and in laboratories studying
a genofund of microorganisms, and also applications for the invention of National
patent department of Republic of Kazakhstan are submitted.
Therefore in our country
for creation of well-being from dermatomycosis it is necessary to provide
preventive actions (vaccination) against infections on time, and sick animals should
be vaccinated two or three times (depending on contamination) with an interval
of 14 days with double doze.
Use of an offered
vaccine in a veterinary practice will allow raising efficiency of action on
preventive maintenance and therapy from different kinds of dermatomycosis activators
of agricultural animals and carnivores in Republic of Kazakhstan.
