The economic relevance of learning foreign language (English) master's degree at the present stage.

Due to the fact that every year Kazakhstan is increasingly gaining a leading position in the world, this is reflected in the formation of the mentality of the modern citizen of Kazakhstan. Following objectives set by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and articulated by him in the Address to the Nation on 28 February 2007: “We are obliged to enter and secure a foothold in foreign markets, to ensure a decent place for Kazakhstan and in the modern world, the growth of welfare, significantly improving the living standards of the population.

I propose to begin a phased implementation of the project “The Trinity of languages”. Kazakhstan should be perceived worldwide as a highly educated country whose people use three languages. They are: Kazakh language - the state language, Russian as the language of international communication and English - the language of successful integration into the global economy. “

Every year Kazakhstan more and more confidently enters the world market and is positioning itself as a developed modern state, ready to cooperate in various fields, all this can not fail to attract attention from other states. As primary language of business negotiations is the English language, it is logical to assume that the study is that foreign language should be given more attention.

The current stage requires a rethinking of the purposes of foreign language study in higher pedagogical education, revision of traditional ideas about the role of this discipline in the formation of multicultural values.

Above-mentioned aspects are due to the need for understanding the current educational situation, which leads to the need to find effective ways of pedagogical conditions during the formation of multicultural values among students of higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan. Many scholars, teachers, practitioners in their publications address the issues that are closely interrelated with the problem.

Deepening and expanding foreign language learning by the applicants for master's degrees will allow them to continue effectively pursue their professional goals, to work successfully in multi-local and international companies, to become active participants and organizers of the international activities of firms, coordinators meetings, conferences, multidisciplinary scientific and technical exhibitions and any other events of public life in the business and humanitarian spheres, as well as to be worthy representatives of their country abroad.

A problem of intercultural communication in a multilingual context is urgent in modern society. Despite all the achievements of mankind, this problem remains unsolved.

At the beginning of the XXI century, no country in the international arena can  remain any longer in the linguistic isolation and is forced to use foreign languages. According to preliminary forecasts of experts of UNESCO's minimum number of languages, which should own people in the third millennium will be no less than three. Due of their predictions English language remains the world's leading in the European space it’s - German, in the Eurasian region it’s – Russian language.

Such phenomena affect changes not only  on the human mind as an example a specific individual, but also on the country as a whole. This primarily affects the education, so as the basic idea is the thesis that of Education - is a part of the culture. Naturally, this implies a different concept of education, teaching and building special relations between the participants in the educational process, organization and content of education. Therefore, based on the above, we can assert that right now the basis for the concept of modern education on the principle of “;multiculturalism”, which consists in the mastery of students' knowledge and skills in the context of a single human culture on the example of learning a foreign language, this the main aspect of the formation of special moral - of personal values in the younger generation.

The term “multicultural education” in the context of the study refers to the formation of personality, capable of active and effective life in a multiethnic and multicultural environment, having a sense of respect for other cultures, the ability to live in peace and harmony with people of different nationalities, races, beliefs and faiths .

The objectives of multicultural education include: the formation of students' conceptions of culture and cultural diversity, bringing them to the cultural values of different peoples, forming a positive attitude to their own and other cultures; raising a tolerant attitude towards cultural differences, overcoming the negative ethnic and social stereotypes, the development of  productive interaction between different cultures, creating a culture and skills of communication.

Summarizing, we can say that we modern students, the future masters will have to live in the updated advanced nations, so one should begin with an update of his consciousness. If possible, pay full attention to learning English, because people who are fluent in foreign languages, have more respect when visiting other countries, because the preliminary view of the state consists in direct contact with its citizens.
