The problems of the innovative development of landscape gardening of Russia.

Summary:

The article deals with the particular qualities, problems and responsibilities of the innovative development of landscape gardening of Russia.

Transformation of Russia to a new level of development that rises to scientific and technological, social, technological and other requirements of the modern world civilization is possible only if the new methods of management innovation and the transition to innovative development occur.

Innovative area of research and production is distinguished by the presence of specific marketing functions, specific methods of funding, lending and regulation, the special incentive system of innovative activities. Ultimately, these methods are predetermined by the specifics of the innovative work and the circuit means of economic income and innovative product obtaining. [1]

Russian research and educational institutions carry out research projects and study focused on improving the efficiency of technology and production processes in landscape gardening based on new fundamental, theoretical and applied scientific research priorities.

The emerging market in Russia has a number of innovative particular qualities associated with the economic crisis. The following list includes some of them:

- scientific and technical sphere has formed a sufficient stock-established scientific research and experimental design work of previous years but consumers, customers do not have sufficient funds for implement and conduct new research and development ;

- the innovative market in Russia is not represented by objects of commodity turnover and its entities (organizations, collectives and individual experts) able to implement innovative activity;

- innovative organizations in most cases are currently unable to carry out proactive work through funds raised by venture capital organizations. [2]

In the present situation, standing problems for the scientific support for the development of landscape gardening are the following:

- lack of free cash flow does not allow the majority of academic institutions to supply modern appliances, equipment and office equipment fixed assets;

- lack of sufficient financial ability to purchase the original seed stock varieties and novelties of the required number of ornamental crops of foreign selection for use in the introduction and breeding;

- low level of security and training senior and middle management in particular;

- lack of research institutions in the funds for training researchers in countries with developed industrial gardening and joint research on the basis of international cooperation and division of labor.

In order to ensure more fruitful scientific landscape gardening as well as for the further development of the industry it is necessary to achieve the following objectives:

- to investigate the structure of innovation in decorative gardening;

- fully explore and utilize the global genetic diversity of ornamental plants to develop effective science-intensive technologies of cultivation, as well as preservation and restoration of plant biodiversity;

- create high-technology growing ornamental plants for the main agricultural regions of the country that provide differentiated and secure use of natural, technological, biological, economic and other resources, environmental, reliability and cost-effectiveness [3];

- to develop the principles of innovation and investment processes in landscape gardening;

- establish and improve effective methods and technology selection process,

- develop and improve effective methods and technologies of selection process, bring varieties and hybrids of ornamental crops with high potential for productivity and technology that are resistant to the action of abiotic and biotic factors for the development of a competitive industry in an innovative manner.

Thus the problems of innovative development of landscape gardening is the complex issues of innovation in engineering, technology, work organization and management no single solution and require serious consideration. Despite the objective difficulties, the innovative development of ornamental horticulture of Russia has some promise. They are largely related to the innovative potential of research institutions in the country. If landscape gardening contributes their implementation, it will be able to find additional sources for the development and increase competitiveness in domestic and international markets.
