At consideration of questions of
organizational aspects of introduction
of experience of
innovative development in an educational process , after the conducted researches [1-7], in the context of
education of actual
forms of modern Ukrainian
legal consciousness ,
the most important is a
psychological aspect. Psychological foundation for organization of introduction of innovative
development in an educational process
is the proper level of development of legal
consciousness and political-law culture of basic task forces, which from the socialpsychological
point of view can be efficient as the proper maintenance of presentations and options of
representatives of certain
groups after attitude toward
the institutes of
law and state, right and duties. Within the limits of socialpsychological
analysis of dynamics of innovation
of educational process
in the structure of construct
"legal consciousness "
its both traditional and untraditional, components can be included . Legal consciousness of the selection of students inspected by us
it is orientated more on authoritarian,
but not on a democratic political case frame, a leading|head| role in which belongs to strong individual power. Setting on rightobedience
here depends on the degree of perception of justice-injustice of laws in force,
which is determined
expectations which was
folded . By the criterion
of determination of
justice and comparison of individual itself as a subject of legal relationships
with other members of the
proper relations there is a criterion of the even distributing of approvals
of duties , rights and
freedoms , in reviewer
task force or all society .
Consequently , essence of
socialpsychological aspect of education of sense of justice, formative
determining
maintenance of organizational aspects of introduction of innovative experience of innovative development
in an educational process ,
for transitional rights consists in opening of othersourse mutual relations of students and
state, relations of students, to
society, attitudes of students toward
a law and law to them, in
forming the sociologically verified pictures of role of social norm .
