Abstract. The results of studying the health status of doctors and nurses of one of the clinics Almaty, according to the questionnaire. Doctors are more likely than average health care workers, believe their health as satisfactory, while the average health care providers often find it good. Chronic illness in doctors more often than in nursing. In general, we can assume that the health status of doctors is somewhat worse than average health care workers.

Keywords: doctors, nurses, acute diseases, chronic diseases, the frequency of diseases.

I. Introduction. Examine the health status of contingent workers according to the questionnaire gives a general idea of how healthy considers himself one of the interviewees. Assessment of the health of medical personnel in this case will give more complete information by virtue of training of respondents in the survey than those of other professions.

II. Formulation of the problem. At present a large spread was to study the health of workers of different specialties according to the questionnaire.

We conducted a questionnaire survey of doctors and paramedical staff of one of the clinics in Almaty. In the group of doctors surveyed were 40 people in the group of nurses surveyed 36 people. Among the issues contained in the questionnaire were "How do you assess the state of his health," "The presence of chronic diseases", "The frequency of acute illnesses." These questions were related to the health of the respondents.

The results were expressed as a percentage of respondents.

III. Results. Table 1 shows the data obtained on the question "How do you assess the state of his health."

The calculation of the difference of using the value φ Fisher revealed a high degree of difference between the number of doctors and nurses who evaluate their health as good (P <0.001), and as satisfactory (P <0.001). Thus, their health as good estimates 17.5% of physicians and 41.7% of secondary health care providers, and satisfactorily assess the state of his health 70% of physicians and 36.1% of secondary health care workers. Number of physicians rate their health as good was significantly (P <0.001) lower than doctors rated their health as satisfactory. Among nurses of assessing their health as good, does not differ from that of evaluating health as satisfactory. Number of persons in one or the other group rated their health as poor, much lower than rated their health as good or satisfactory.

Among the questions in the questionnaire item was "Having a chronic illness." Responses received on this item (in% of respondents) are listed in Table 2.

In the table includes the disease, occurring in two or more physicians.

As can be seen from Table 2, most often as among doctors and among health personnel found a chronic pieloinefrit. Despite the excess number of episodes of the percentage among doctors of almost 2-fold compared with the average health-care workers, to prove the authenticity of the difference between these figures is not possible. The frequency of pyelonephritis among doctors was significantly greater frequency of all other chronic illnesses they have.

In general, among the doctors (according to the survey) suffer from chronic diseases 66.6%, and among nurses - 33,4% of respondents. The difference between these two indicators are statistically significant (P <0.05). Consequently, among the doctors more persons suffering from chronic illnesses than among the middle medical staff.

Two or more chronic diseases were 27.5% of physicians and 22.2% of secondary health care workers. Significant difference between these two indicators is not proved.

Data obtained on the "frequency of acute illnesses are given in Table 3.

Thus, acute illness within a year suffer 75% of physicians and 63.6% of nursing staff. Statistically, these figures are identical.

Analyzing presented in this paper, the material should first be recalled that a questionnaire survey of health workers regarding their health, provide the most reliable results compared with data obtained from members of other professions. Therefore, data obtained by questionnaire from medical personnel about the state of health, of great interest.

Among the chronic diseases of no disease that could be considered professional or professionally qualified if to take into account the harmful and dangerous factors of production, whose effects in this case are health care workers, although doctors have a tendency to increase the incidence chronic gastritis, chronic bronchitis and chronic pyelonephritis. This can be explained by the irregularity of supply, to which pointed in questioning doctors, as well as the fact that men who do not smoke now, previously smoked, assured itself of chronic bronchitis. The reason for the high incidence of chronic pyelonephritis due, probably, hydrogeological features of the region of residence.

The incidence of chronic diseases doctors in general was significantly higher than that of nurses.

With regard to acute illnesses, it is at the doctors and health workers almost the same.

It is worth noting that both among doctors and among health care workers have average person is not suffering (according to questionnaire), no chronic diseases. This argues that the working and living conditions in a number of examinees rather favorable. Confirmation of this follows from the obtained in the course of the survey responses of health workers.

All of the above work are summarized in the following conclusions:

IV. Conclusions. Average health care providers often assess their health as good than the physicians, while physicians are more likely than average health care workers, believe their health as satisfactory.

Chronic illness in doctors in general occur more often than nurses, although the frequency of certain diseases in these contingents statistical difference.

Chronic pyelonephritis is more common for other chronic diseases such as doctors and health workers at secondary, although the latter no significant difference in these rates was not found.

Two or more chronic diseases doctors and paramedics have the same frequency.

The frequency of acute illnesses during the year from doctors and health workers is the same.

In general, we can assume that the doctors at the time of experiencing great emotional stress, which is reflected in the above-mentioned differences in body reactions in doctors and health workers.
