optimized and systematic competence approach in teaching students with specific

approach means the gradual reorientation of the dominant educational paradigm,
with the preferred translation of knowledge and skills, to create conditions
for mastering complex competences, means the potential, the ability of
graduates to the survival and sustainable living in today's multi-factor
socio-political, market, economic, information and communication saturated

and Development Program of Health, "State Programme for Education
Development in Kazakhstan" and "Strategy for the Development of the
Kazakh National Medical University (KazNMU)","policy and purpose

Europe of Knowledge", as decided by the Academic Council KazNMU was
designed based on SES-RC-3.08.386-2006 educational program specializing in

Feature
of this program is that the key components of competence (cognitive,
operational, axiological, legal, lifelong learning), these specialists are
specified by level of education and in each discipline, which implies a more
sophisticated approach to training and professional development of future
professionals in the course of the year. The results of education according to
state mandatory standard (which should know and be able to graduate and be
competent) were analyzed and divided into subjects and courses of training that
allowed us to develop a model curriculum based on the SMSE RC-2006, and amended
the relevant competences of specialists - the organizers of the public Health
and dental hygienists, epidemiologists, taking into account the characteristics
of the organization of administrative process in health care.
In
addition, the standard curriculum in the proposed program supplemented by a
list of recommended courses to be included in the components of your choice
(elective subject). The choice of disciplines based on the principle additions
competencies, receipt of which is not fully provide the discipline required
component.
Competence
approach affects the formation of a new assessment culture, which implies a
transfer of knowledge assessment to the evaluation of the competence of
graduates. In this regard, in addition to the educational program, we offer a
comprehensive approach to the overall assessment of the knowledge of students
based on an assessment of knowledge on the components of competence, as well as
some basic training methods that are effective in terms of competence
education.
In the
course of training future specialist in mastering the complex skills and
knowledge required in professional activities, will be competent in matters of
sanitary-epidemiological welfare of the country's population, the ongoing and
preventive sanitary inspection in the field of environmental protection,
hygiene, food hygiene, environmental sanitation, hygiene children and
adolescents, radiation safety, sanitary-epidemiological expertise, planning and
implementation of preventive and anti-epidemic measures in infectious diseases
on the natural focal areas in health care and child care. They increase the
level of competence in legal and legislative activities in the area of sanitary
and epidemiological services, statistical analysis and hygienic parameters of
both habitat and population health.
IV. Conclusions. Thus, the introduction of
this educational program will build students' professional competence in the
field of public health and hygiene and epidemiology with a focus on the
features of Kazakhstan's health system, its preventive orientation. The
specialists will be ready to adapt to changing conditions as our nation and the
